Why You Should Vote NO on Measure 61
- Kevin Mannix’s Measure 61 creates mandatory minimum sentences for first time offenders, but does nothing to fund, require, or address treatment for offenders’ drug addictions.
- There is a better way to fight crime. Measure 57 increases sentences and requires addiction treatment. Law enforcement officers from all across the state think Measure 57 is a better approach.
